ALERT: PFP President resigns

TITULIA CITY | PFP President JI981993 (PFP-FC) has decided to resign in the wake of the General Court’s investigation into inactive party members. JI981993 has begun the expulsions of a majority of its members and is informing the 2 active members of the expulsions and subsequent unfounded status. The outgoing PFP President stated on his blog:

In cooperation with the General Court's investigation, I have decided to dissolve the PFP immediately. I will try to expel as many inactive citizens as I can, while saving the active citizens. I suggest the following on our active citizens::

Federal Conservatives Branch:

- Join the FC-affiliated Republican National Committee (RNC), which shares similar values and ideology

Liberty Branch

- Join a party that suits your ideology and values.

As of this blog post, I hereby resign my post as PFP President. I do not currently have any plans to continue my political future. I will continue to serve as Editor-in-Chief of TC and Vice-Chairman of TNC.

and sent out a letter taking responsibility for the party’s failure:

Dear Active Citizen,

           As of the General Court's ruling, any citizen inactive for about 90 days must be expelled. A massive 85-90% of our party is inactive and I must expel a mass amount of our fellow PFP members (To view list, visit http://www.titulia.com/blog/view/1413/PFP-EXPULSIONS.html)

As we will lose a lot of members, we will also lose our founded status. I am leaving the party and I am sorry I did not do well in securing our party's activity. In my final hours as your party leader, I ask that you leave the party with no shame. If you belong to the Federal Conservatives Branch, I recommend that you join the RNC. If you belong to the Liberty Branch, go wherever your ideology fits in. I am sorry for this death sentence for our party and for not doing enough. I thank you for electing me your PFP Party President. I hereby resign as your party leader effective immediately.
