COMMENTARY

Presidential elections creep up quickly and yet there are no clear heavy hitters for the next election. The Linardists could nominate William Money, as he has the most recent political experience, but they could also nominate MC Daddy D, as he is more vocal in Titulia, even if it is prodominantly negative. Gerry Brady would easily get support from the Allied Liberals and Social democrats, as well as reluctant support from the Democrats. The silent but deadly, Reformer could also muster some support. Dr.manhaton would be a good choice, but even though he has not been vocal recently, he does log in.

We are still looking for our "Republican Idol". I would like to see a free market anti-bureaucrat taking office. Someone ready to dismantle the ever increasing state. To crush the trade union movement in its tracks, before they enslave future Titulians. Somebody that supports freedom the right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". Basically a carbon copy of me.

However as a reasonable man, I am willing to put the liberal/conservative divide aside to support a candidate with virtue, fortitude and foresight. I would like to see a clear separation between state and other businesses. Public funds should not be going into the hands of the presidents political allies. The state should not be funding pro-government media. I do not mind the government funding programs that may enhance productivity, but most of the current governments funding just keep falling into the same hands. I would also like a candidate that would fight against the state crushing our liberties by telling us what to do with our property, i.e. city planning.

So if anyone is interested in the Republican nomination, talk to me and I will try promote you nomination. I will accept liberal candidates, as long as you pro-small government.

Regards,

OwenMerry,
