        To view a transcript of the recent RNC Council Meeting, please click here: 1st MEETING TRANSCRIPT . The RNC Council has decided to dissolve itself and hold elections for all its seats. IF YOU WISH TO RUN FOR RNC COUNCIL FOR YOUR BRANCH'S TWO SEATS, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. THE DEADLINE TO FILE IS FEB. 23. Also,JI981993 (FM)  has been elected as  President Pro-Tempore of the 1st Session. We have decided to dissolve the 1st Session due to low amounts of activity. We wish for all RNC Members to take part in the RNC and Titulian General Elections.
