TITULIA CITY (TNC Headlines) | RNC Leader Julian (R-Con) has announced he will delay his planned retirement until at least June 2010. He previously announced he would retire as RNC Leader in May, but after several events by GOP Branch President JP9893 (R-GOP), he has decided to stay on. Julian (R-Con) is expected to make a formal announcement soon.
