OFFICE OF THE RNC PRESIDENT
My fellow Republicans,
The Attorney General's office has required that we expel several members of our party due to their inactivity. However, I have reviewed the rules and persons involved and they have been inactive since February. The law as defined by the General Court is a 90-day inactive period. Therefore, I request that the Attorney General withdraw his order as it is invalid and illegal. My resources are below at the Chief Justice's blog:
Special Prosecutor Report (DEC 29)
I am pleased to report that the Special Prosecutor has been successful in his duties with regard to enforcing the 90 day activity requirement for founded parties. A message has been sent to Admin requesting all emigrees be removed from founded parties as well. As he has succeeded in his task, I would like to thank MC Daddy D for his service to the republic and release him from these completed duties.
Special Prosecutor Named (DEC 21)
The Court has appointed MC Daddy D as special prosecutor in charge of investigating the 90 day party membership requirements. Party presidents are encouraged to clean their roles themselves; however, starting at noon GMT on 12/22, the special prosecutor will be bringing the names of lapsed citizens and their party presidents to the Court for review. Party presidents are to cooperate with MC Daddy D and extend all reasonable courtesy to him.
Colonel
Chief Justice
The RNC will assemble its legal resources if the AG continues with his lawsuit against this party. The AG's office is incorrect in filing this order and we request a cease-and-desist immediately.
Julian
RNC Leader
