TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | The RNC Daily is to have limited access to members only, starting next week. RNC Leader Julian said that he is working to make the RNC Daily either password-protected or invitation-only. He believes that non-RNC Titulians are using the paper to find out details about RNC Activity and possibly counter it. TC Staff Members are also considering making TC private due to others criticizing its content. However, TC sister newspaper TNCweb will continue to operate publicly.
