TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | In an effort to increase membership and funds, the RNC has set up a public campaign site that will include its upcoming Manifesto 2010. The first message from RNC Leader Julian (R-Con) states that the Manifesto is set to be released during election season. However, it may be delayed due to possible coalition talks with the Liberal Republicans. A separate coalition manifesto may possibly be released on this site, says RNC Council Leader JI981993 (R-FM).
