TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | According to the RNC Council, the new manifesto (which is currently being written up and negotiated) is set to include a pro-parliamentary stance installing a Prime Minister (in the UK sense) and Figurehead Head of State as Admin. The proportional representation part of the plan is still in the works, but is said to split Titulia City into at least 10 seats, with 5+ as a majority until the number of seats can be expanded again. The manifesto is expected to follow a Westminster Stance with no Senate (rather, the entire Titulian population is the Senate) than a Canadian or Australian stance. The Party was originally pro-USA type government, but a recent TNC Poll found more support for a Parliament as Admin is already the Figurehead Head of State. The Manifesto is also expected to include a stance on reducing government spending and cutting unnecessary departments.
The final RNC Manifesto is expected to be released in June 2010.
