TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | The RNC Council announced that it is opening its nomination for Bank Governor for independents. The new position of Bank Governor would have responsibility over Titulia’s financial system and oversee the real estate market and the future Titulia Stock Exchange. President Julian made the announcement on his first full day in office of its creation. The Bank Governor position was a campaign promise in the June 2010 election.
