TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | Former President and RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (Ind.) has returned to Titulia as “LAvaram” after his previous departure in late 2009-early 2010 after the December 2009 Presidential Election and a brief General Court appointment. The RNC Daily has confirmed that Former President and RNC Leader Julian (R-Con) has also spoken to him. It is unknown if Mr Julian invited Mr Avaram to return to the RNC.
