TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | The LRP’s official statement ending the Coalition claims the RNC was seeking “financial gain”. NO IT WAS NOT. RNC Leader JP9893’s recent messages with LRP Leader Reg C Ambrose asked for support in saving Owen and the RNC Coalition Inquiry issue. Mr JP said he was “outraged” with the LRP’s lies and has called on the LRP to fess up.
Today, the LRP ended its coalition with the RNC upon declining support within both parties and the RNC’s dissatisfaction with President Norton’s Administration. Former RNC Chairman JI981993 has said “We voted for a change in government, and all we got was one with a mask.”

LRP VOTES TO END COALITION WITH RNC
Party secretary Malinda Noble and conference secretary Christopher Hoyt joined other LRP members to announce the end of the party's electoral and governmental coalition with the Republican National Committee (RNC).
The decision was reached by a fresh party conference today that followed last Friday's motion to review the coalition.
"The Liberal Republican Party has carried a majority resolution to end our coalition with the Republican National Committee", Ms Noble said.
"The divisiveness of the RNC in recent days include a published media article that asks for our continued support in exchange for financial gain. The party has proclaimed this as outrageous and unprofessional political behaviour".
"Other low brow political tactics include divisive use of media to berate the LRP led government. We support all forms of freedom of speech. This was a centrepiece of our election campaign. What we don't support are sly attempts by a coalition partner to slur a government that we worked so hard to elect".
Party leaders said that the circumstances behind the impeachment trial of vice president OwenMerry was not raised during the conference.
"Some information about him [OwenMerry] was discussed but not impeachment specifically", Mr Hoyt said.
The coalition question needed to be dealt with first. If the LRP remained in coalition a conscience rule vote on the impeachment would have needed to go to the joint party room with the RNC.
Mr Hoyt confirmed the LRP didn't end the coalition solely because of the vice president.
"This wasn't rolled on because of one thing or another. It was a lot of things. It was a fortunate coincidence it saved us a lot of time and headache".
"We're not anti RNC and will continue to work with anyone. This was about ending a coalition that wasn't working out. We did all we could and that's that".
Ms Noble said the party didn't take a vote to close doors with other parties but looked to keep all options open for the future.
"The LRP is about a brighter future for Titulia and the continued success and re-election of the Norton government. Nothing else".
