TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) has confirmed that Councilor OwenMerry (R-PM) will not have a vote due to his inactivity and failure to respond. This means, Mr JP is likely to cast 2 Votes in the case of a tie – particularly the Repeal of the Branch Foundation Plan –. One vote as a Councilor and one as RNC Leader. Mr. Owen has not responded to a message from the RNC Leadership and has been absent since September.
Incoming interim-RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) has said he will not support the Plan and the RNC Council is on its own if passed.
Internal RNC Polling have shown mixed results, with a slight tilt to favoring repeal.
