TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | The RNC-approved candidate for the North District, Former Pres. Julian (R-Con) announced he would begin campaigning in the coming weeks – most likely after new RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) takes office. Mr Avaram said on his twitter account @luxisavaram – that Mr Julian and other legislative candidates would have to fill out an application. Mr Julian responded by praising the new RNC Leader’s organization via his election site – but said that he would still petition for ballot access if he was denied the RNC nomination under JP or Avaram.
