TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | The new RNC Council is likely to pass all of Incoming interim RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP)’s planned reforms. However, it all depends on who succeeds RNC Council President JP9893 (R-GOP). If Former RNC Council Pres. Pro-Tempore JI981993 (R-Con) is elected, he will likely pass most of the reforms, with some arguments expected at the meeting on support or withdrawal of support of the Federal Government. The Branch Foundation Plan may be kept due to some support from small branches.
Councilors JP and JI are likely to vote in favor of the Branch Foundation Plan’s keeping. Councilmember OwenMerry (R-PM) is likely to vote in favor of this plan due to his participation in “small-branch” politics.
There is likely to be a vacant seat due to the Republican Nationalists’ inactivity rate. The RNC Leader has a vote in the case of a tiebreaker, meaning RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) would essentially be permitted two votes if necessary.
Mr. Avaram is expected to attend the Council Opening, and may speak on behalf of his reforms as incoming RNC Leader. The RNC Council will not vote on his legislative candidates application plan, as it is not considered within the Council’s powers.
The Council will have to vote on a reduction of its powers, and support from Outgoing RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) and Possible RNC Council Pres. JI981993 (R-Con) make it likely to pass.
Possible Vote Tally of Planned legislation:
Yes | No | |
Branch Foundation Repeal | 0 | 3 |
Council Reform Plan | 3 | 0 |
Confidence of Government | 1 | 1 (+1?) |
Confidence of JP | 3 | 0 |
Confidence of Avaram | 2 (+1?) | 0 (+1?) |
The (+1?) is a prediction of which way Councilor OwenMerry (R-PM) will vote. Outgoing RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) is permitted another vote in the case of a tie due to his positions as RNC Leader and Councilor.
