TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | Interim RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) has been certified as the newly elected RNC Leader. He was unopposed by RNC Council Pres. JI981993 (R-Con). However, the RNC and Mr. Avaram has been largely inactive since Mr. Avaram was sworn in as Interim RNC Leader on Saturday.
