TITULIA CITY (TNC Politics) | LRP Leader TJ Norton has introduced a measure to eliminate the Nomination Period in Presidential Elections. This would mean, literally anyone can run and there can be as much candidates as possible. Mr. Norton’s aim is to increase activity, since most of it surrounds the presidential race.
If passed, the mandate would expire in March 2011 and would have to be renewed. The bill is a major change to the presidential election system, which has undergone many changes since the new site came into effect.
