TITULIA CITY ( RNC Daily) | RNC Leader Julian and RNC Chairman JI981993 (R-Con) have released an update to the RNC’s Parliament Proposal. The updated proposal calls for a new type of legislature to be formed – with or without the Presidency of the Republic. The RNC’s proposal seems to allow all citizens to take part in the country’s lawmaking. However, the Parliament (Upper House) still has more power than the Nationals (Lower House – All Titulians not in Parliament). The RNC may use this proposal during the Presidential campaign to push for the Codex proposal’s repeal.
