RNC Leader JP9893 (R,GOP) announced the Branch Foundation Plan - this plan would move several members between unfounded branches in order to gain founded status. This is the final leadership project under Leader JP9893. A select few RNC Members would be paid T$ 20 of RNC funds to help unfounded branches gain founded status. There are currently 2 unfounded branches and we hope to provide all branches an equal opportunity to take part in the next Leadership election. All branches and all members should have an equal voice at the table, and this is exactly what this project aims to do.
This project has been approved by the RNC Council and will take effect prior to RNC Leader JP9893 stepping down on Oct 15.
