TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | RNC Leader JP9893’s final “grand plan” was to make sure all the branches were founded. However, in an audio address – incoming RNC Leader Luxis Avaram (R-GOP) said that branches have lost their worth and that the new RNC Leadership would not support it if passed by the governing RNC Council.
In a statement to the RNC Daily, Outgoing RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) said that he will use the time between now and Saturday to think constructively on the thoughts Mr. Avaram has brought up. But Mr JP urges that Branch Reform must provide equal opportunity to lead and have a voice in the party. He has said he will “probably” vote for keeping his Branch Foundation Plan.
Former RNC Chairman JI981993 (R-Con), who is a member of the party council and possible Council President contender has said he has decided to switch his vote to vote in favor of repealing the Plan after a meeting with Mr. Avaram.
This now moves the RNC Council Voting on this Repeal into a Leans-fail from Solid-Fail
Possible Voting Tally after switch of JI981993 (R-Con)
Yes | No | |
Branch Foundation Repeal | 1 | 2 (1 sure) |
Incoming Leader Avaram will have to persuade Outgoing Leader JP9893, a GOP Branch Councilmember and OwenMerry of the People’s Militia branch – who is very likely to support the measure.
Mr JP is permitted to use a second vote in the case of a tie in his role as RNC Leader – meaning OwenMerry could be absent from voting for the measure and it would still pass.
MR AVARAM has to gain the support of JP or force the Council to declare him RNC Leader earlier than expected and hope Owen does not show up for voting.
The RNC Daily has learned Mr. Avaram will open the RNC Council session on Saturday with a Party Address to garner support for his reforms.
