I read a recent article put out by the TC Media Corp stating that the RNC was in turmoil over the disagreement on the future of the Branch Foundation Plan - this is simply not so. We are a party of often-times like-minded individuals, but we remain individuals nonetheless.
We will have disagreements from time to time, and this is quite acceptable. Differing opinions on issues do not indicate 'turmoil'. Let's take a closer look at this word. Alternative ways of saying this are: disorder, uproar, or pandemonium.
There will be an RNC Council vote on the Branch repeal plan. We'll debate and decide through usual party channels as to its outcome. There is no need for us to think the party is heading off a cliff because of this.
This is an intra-party affair, and we will remain united regardless of its outcome.
